Common Inquiries
Restoring Purchases
If you subscribed on iOS or Android and reinstalled the app, open Settings within VecSynIQ and tap Restore Purchases. Your entitlement will immediately re-sync via your App Store or Google Play account.
Managing Subscriptions
To cancel or update your subscription, visit your Apple ID Subscriptions page (on iOS/macOS) or Google Play Subscriptions menu (on Android).
Cutter Software Import
When importing into Cricut Design Space, Brother CanvasWorkspace, or Siser Leonardo, select the generated SVG file from your exports directory. If using Cutter Bundles, extract the ZIP file first.
Bug Reporting
To report an unexpected vector artifact or UI issue, please include your device model, OS version, and the image being vectorized in your email to support@mrdzyn.studio.
